For the first time Alan Grayson's smile is gone....ALMOST....completely gone. |
|
On Olberman just now I learned that even though his facial expression is a happy one, the one that makes me grin even when he is not smiling, he is angry enough at the doctor in Florida who put the stupid " I won't treat people who voted for Obama " sign at his door to stay serious for the entire interview.
He did not even manage to acknowledge a funny Keith tried to make, which therefore fell flat.
I suspect just like we know well that he is a tenacious and smart and unwavering fighter for us, he will use those qualities to stay on the ass of that doctor.
I would not want to be in this urologist's skin long term, even though short term he is guffawing on Fox news and making his news more widespread, he in in Grayson's district.
I suspect he needs his God to help him. And I'm smiling anyway.

4. Yesterday, in another thread |
|
someone said: I wish we had 50 more congressmen like him. I was thinking: "Why stop at 50?" He is so genuine and so humanely human. Love that man.

3. Meanwhile in the Florida House the Republicans are ramming Bill 7189 through |
|
and not a word about it. Once they pass this bill later this week it will be the beginning of the end for public education in the state. It won't be long before this type of law is passed in every state. Jeb Bush wins again.

6. IMO they are intent on making FL less desirable all of the time... I had once |
|
thought of living there, but never now... not after all of the Bush crap... and the stunts by the R's.

9. Ice-like determination and anger. I didn't see him, but was listening |

and it was unmistakable in his voice and responses. He made an extremely effective point in observing that no one, for an example, an elderly patient with cancer, should have to be confronted with that.
The other remark at the end-- the tremendous irony of the doctor's solution-- in light of his agitated claims about the new HCR's impact of creating alleged cuts and denial of care (HIS falsehoods) is to-- deny his own patients care.
