Although few, every RW analysis of the Wikileaks video so far has followed the following pattern.
* No mention of the children injured
* Zero sympathy for the journalists ("THEY DESERVED IT!")
* The attack was standard operating procedure and the presence of guns excuses the collateral deaths

While these are common, the RW, for the most part, has been reluctant to even talk about it or give the video credibility.

Most of the posters are probably trolls though.

One that I spoke with went so far to say that there was no way to tell if the people in the van were children, and that they could have been very tiny adults :eyes: (seriously!)

so it's no surprise that when truth emerges, the Republicons scuzzle off and hike like cockroaches when the kitchen light is turned on.

6. There simply isn't enough live or recorded footage of Iraq and Afghanistan.
I feel jealous of everyone who grew up during WW2 or Vietnam. There was at least some semblance of transparency back then.

9. Give It A LIttle Time...
Our corporate media is the home of short attention span theater. They haven't wasted their pretty little heads about Iraq (other than the ruse that all is calm and peaceful there)...it's hard for them to handle anything too complicated or as horendous as what the WikiLeaks video shows. But if it is true (and I have no reason not to believe it...but I'd like a second source to verify) this story is too explosive to stay hidden. Unfortunately I expect the corporate media...if they do pick up on this thing...to blame the current administration despite this episode happening in 2007. If they ignore, there are plenty of credible websites that can and will stay on this story. Let's see how things develop over the next few days...the thing only was released the other day.

11. What was that prison in Iraq?
Seems there were some pictures from there that, for a little while, got everyone upset?

What was that all about?

15. This Was More Like Fallujah
Abu Grahb deserves its own special tribunal...those images are more damning as the prisoners were stipped naked and humiliated into submission while WikiLeak's video is from a combat situation...one that is both chaotic and extremely fluid.

I see MSNBC is doing a story on thie video...even showing snippets. Let's see if anyone dares to show the whole thing.

They don't want to actually see the thing they're cheering for.
