I must say, I'm surprised a bit by this. These are averages of lots of polls taken together.

1. The approval was much lower a year ago

so those numbers represent an upward trend, while Stupid's are trending down.

The last section bothered me, "Generic Congressional Vote: Republican, Democrat. There's that missing "ic" again. That's setting off an alarm bell.

In addition, the poll last week giving Sutpid a 28% approval rate (Harris, I believe, one of the most accurate) is not represented. In fact, I've never seen it there.
