Steve King vs. the Humane Society
Iowa Republican Congressman Steve King does not think the Humane Society belonged at the National 4-H Conference, held in late March. The congressman issued a press release yesterday to "inform 4-H leaders and members of the extreme anti-animal agriculture agenda of HSUS."

4. Is it a prerequisite to be batshit crazy
to be Republican? They park all common sense and reason at the door before spewing their blather. It gets very tiresome.

6. Their platform is at odds with reality.
Fictional talking points require constant repetition, and that leaves 'em very little time for talking sense, which most of them are too lazy to do.

3. Oh, that Steve King. The other scary fiction writer.
Although the one who wrote Carrie is usually more believable.

5. Haha, love it
"What's the difference between Congressman Steve King and Stephen King the author?"

One write horror fiction and incites terror in the population. The other is a New York Times best selling author."
