So four of the 33 states

that can't pay unemployment benefits because they are bankrupt have joined the lawsuit suing the Health Care Bill. Now I didn't look very far..they may be a lot more of the 33, but KY, LA, MI, AND VA can't pay unemployment benefits, but they want to pay for a lawsuit to sue the government.

Now folks if I was from one of those states I would be looking in to forming an organization to recall my governor, wouldn't you.

States can opt out, right? This will end up costing those states a hell of a lot of money they don't have.

2. it should be noted that even though a state "can't pay" unemployment, they get paid by the feds

the states are required to pay it back but benefits don't go unpaid.
