71. This is my take on what this hearing was about,

It was about determining that the USA's weren't replaced because of performance reasons. I took the inference out of it that if anyone knew how these USA's were performing it would have been Comey even though he left if 2005. The time differential between his departure and the creation of the list gives the impression that it was done hastily and by very few people. I think Rep. Sanchez wanted to get that out. I also think she wanted to determine that it was done at a level higher than the Deputy level.
