California "Tea Bagger initiative"
This initiative is up for review by the attorney general for the 2010 Election in California.

It is called the "Unalienable Rights" Act. It states that we have a right to "life, the production of air, CO2, water, habitat for humanity...and some other shit. Basically it repeals all of the environmental protections enacted over the years and allows us the unalienable right to fuck up our ecosystem.

It is sponsored by the California Watershed Posse.
