I think Obama should nominate someone to SCOTUS who will POSITIVELY be confirmed by the Senate!

2. I think some people don't deserve the Supreme Court Justice nominated by President Obama

After all that person will only directly effect our lives for several decades until they die or retire.

3. We have the votes.

No matter what the republicans do. If the protest to much they will show the country that all they want to do is obstruct our President no matter what he does. I would surely make an issue out of this. Reporting the fact that Alito and Roberts altho not the best choice were given a fair vote.
