I'm just waiting for them to come after the nurses and doctors next. After all, diabetes is rising, as is obesity, COPD, Congestive heart failure, cancer and people are still dying. We are obviously not being effective.

Maybe the government should just ban trans fats, pollution/chemical pesticides, cigarettes, soda pop and junk food/fast food and instead of mandating people pay insurance companies, they mandate exercise. I bet not only will people live healthier/longer, children's test scores will go up too.

I'm sure we'd all be up in arms about that too.
