Is The New Republic the Joe Lieberman of Magazines? |
|
I have heard that they are even right of the DLC, especially on foreign policy matters.
Anyone know if Lieberman or other centrist Democrats have significant links to The New Republic?

At least Lieberman isn't pretending to be something he's not.

Bush and the fascist agenda more often than it will show support for the progressive Democrats in office who TNR always manages to denigrate and target.
Sounds familiar.

6. TNR is Joe Lieberman running for election |
|
While campaigning Joe kept saying that he is a liberal/progressive, but in all words/deeds acting redder than red. That is how the TNR operates.
I have no idea who buys that magazine anymore.

8. Bait and switch. The New Republican would be a more apt name for them. |
