'Jobs' governor's first 90 days have veered off course

His first campaign bumper sticker told voters "Bob's for Jobs," but in his first three months in office the national headlines for Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell have centered around

gay discrimination on college campuses,

lawsuits against the federal government and

the state's troubled history with slavery.
