I just got ANOTHER ONE today! There's a letter inside that says "A few weeks ago the US Census Bureau sent your household an official 2010 Census form. U law requires you to respond. If you have not responded, we encourage you to do so immediately. Return your form tday. This is your last chance to respond by mail before the Census Bureau Representative contacts you."

Should I fill out this second one?

1. No. If you sent it in already, don't do the second one.

4. Not unless you really live here & I didn't notice you. It has the
correct address on it. That was my first thought, that it was misdelivered.

3. There's a slip in there that says not to fill it out if you've already done it.
Look again.

6. Yes.
I had the same experience and called the toll free number. There are several steps to do but you are told if you are sent a second form to fill it out and send it back and that you will not be counted twice.

7. If you filled one out, don't send in the second one. There was an
article I read here on DU saying the census people said it is cheaper to send a second mailing to everyone than to send people to count in person.

Somewhere in the second letter it says not to resend if you've filled out and returned the first one.
