Dear Doc Colburn
The vote is now on closure, a waste of a couple of days at least of the Senate' time. Not to mention the 212,000 people who will not have unemployment checks to put food on the table this week.

But I was just thinking, in the mood of saving taxpayers dollars. There are some sizable military institutions in Oklahoma that might be closed down. Of course there are an awfully large amount of Oklahomans who work on these bases that might need unemployment in the future.

3. The senator from OK who is blocking the unemployment bill this time.
I suppose the republicans are going to take turns so they can screw up the process continually. And then blame the Democrats.

2. Oh, they'd just open more casinos.
But, then, let them.

By the way, when I drive through Oklahoma, I refer to it as "Ocasino."

5. HA! It has became that, hasn't it?
Damned Injuns! Yeah, I can say that, I'm one, too....Choctaw and Chickasaw, about a sixteenth. Never registered, neither did dad or his mom. I don't need their money. It has been kinda nice to have the casino close by because of the jobs and the boost to the economy here. I go about every three months or so and spend maybe $50. NEver win anything...I purchase entertainment!
I have nothing against native Americans owning casinos. Better them than the mafia or big corporations. At least some of it trickles down to the tribes.

Coburn? Well, what can you say. He's a staunch conservative as long as a dem is in office. Let a repub get in office and he'll spend like there's no tomorrow! Typical republican.
