So I just got back from the Post Office
I was buying one thousand postage stamps for an event I am having...

www.tiburonartfestival.com

... and my choices were the US Flag (looks just like the little lapel pins that the congresspeople and F*X Nuze people wear) and Liberty Bell.

So I told the guy behind the counter that I would take the Liberty Bell stamps because the bronze tones complimented the color-ways in my mailer and, besides, - even as a vet - I am sick and tired of seeing every politician that pops up on my teevee screen sporting one of those flag pins.

The guy behind the counter blurted out, "Do you know that the son of a bitch cut off funding to the troops?".

The GOP is totally screwn as far as the regular (non-F*X) guy on the street is concerned.

3. That's what I told my Congressman yesterday
Called his office and told him "By voting against the resolution to override Bush's veto, Mac Thornberry (R-TX) took money away from the troops."

Tell your friends. :)
