Chronicle article in March, 3 Women Sue Alabama State U., Saying It Condoned Harassment, says “The plaintiffs say that they were repeatedly harassed by Lavonette Bartley, who worked under Mr. Knight, and sometimes by Mr. Knight himself. Ms. Bartley created a hostile work environment, they allege, by frequently using offensive racial and sexual language, and making sexually suggestive comments.”

1. If even 1% of their claims are true, it is disgusting they were treated in that manner.

Total lack of professionalism, total disregard for their employees.

I am always amazed to see people in any type of work environment treat others in this manner, and feel that there will never be any repercussions from their outrageous behavior.
