My long delayed position on the foreclosure crisis. This is a very complex topic that cannot be "muddled through"

This is going to make the HCR debate look like moot court. The problem is that the issues are going to have to be address at state levels if the US Congress does not step in. At the state levels there is generally a leadership vacuum. The solutions will be presented (quoted) as worded by the lobbyists by the sycophants of the industry if we do not clean up our state legislatures.

In my case, I'm a software engineer, not a lawyer. I am going to have to rely on legal scholars for wording. But you can be assured that I will diligently review all proposals.
