A mentally disturbed former patient showed up at a hospital in Knoxville Tennessee and opened fire, killing 3. Apparently some of the the man's schizophrenic delusions concerned a doctor who had secretly implanted a microchip in him in 2001. The doctor was away at time of shooting, and three other victims took the hit.

In response to gratuitous microchip implanting by UFO aliens, The Beast of 666 and the USA government, the state of Georgia took action. Today they listened to gripping testimony from such an implantee and passed a bill making it illegal to do this without the recipient's permission. Georgians should be proud.
