2. There are days I would love to have that |

I don't know what is considered an appropriate hourly rate for a PA, so I will abstain, but I figure you would also have to reimburse for gas expenses, etc.

3. I "am" the personal assistant |
|
I work for a small business on the "wrong side of the tracks" but the executive assistants working in Atlanta average $35,000 to $45,000 a year plus bennies which probably shoots that up to at least $50 grand a year. If it's just you then there are all the self employment cost to throw in.
Yearly hours based on 40 a week = 2080 hrs
$50,000 / 2080 hrs = $24 hrly.
My pet sitter friend charges $20 a visit based on about 20-30 minutes per visit............

and is paid $15.00 an hour. Often they give her their car for the errands. She is also a nanny and dog walker.

5. I was one many years ago... |
|
to a gaming consultant in Vegas. I cleaned his house, faxed casinos all day, and once even faxed his girlfriend a break-up letter (god he was an ass). Needless to say, I wasn't paid much, and when I did get paid, I ran to his bank before the check could bounce, LOL. I really couldn't tell you how much they would get paid today, but I'd say at least $40,000 a year to start.
