Fox "News" is in the lowest tier on most cable and satellite companies.
MSNBC is in the higher-priced tiers.
I expect that this travesty would be carried forward on a non-neutral internet.

although it might very well become like that. But what I've seen in regards to net neutrality is that providers would either discriminate between content providers, or perhaps even charge *websites* to be in the "fast lane" and all other content would be in the "slow lane." Therefore, you could access content preferred by your provider, say, fox.com, or (if it's Comcast/NBC), nbc.com at blazing fast speeds, but, for instance, DU or TPM would take forever to load.
