My thought on an Arizona Law protest.

We have seen in the past how terrible laws got minorities to band together and follow a true leader in non-violent protest. Just imagine the scene if every Hispanic in a town or city pinned on a cloth Star of David everyday as a method of protest against the law. I really think that would have an emotional impact on those who can still be reached about just what they are doing/supporting.

Just my $0.02. And Yes, part of my family is Jewish, and No, I don't want to trivialize the horror of the Holocaust. I just want to prevent another one.

2. Since the Star of David is a recognized Jewish symbol

maybe it would be better if they found a different symbol, just to avoid charges of "trivializing the horror of the Holocaust" as you said.

Aside from that, I think it's a great idea. But then, my skin is so white, I glow in the dark, so I'm not likely to be mistaken for a "goddamn foreigner", if I happen to be in Arizona any time soon. Which I had already planned on NOT being the case as long as Brewer was governor, even before she signed this wretched fascist piece of shit law.
