Closing a hotmail account:

Hello Josephine,

I don't think you are understanding how frustrated I am at this point. I do NOT want to preserve this email account. I do NOT want to resolve this issue. I do NOT want to go to some bullshit website which tells me to change my password and see what happens.

I have done every thing within my power to close this account. Let me clarify, I am not changing, altering, asking for a different password. I am saying CLOSE this account. If you fail to close this account, there is a very real possibility that you will cost me future employment. I'll gladly sue if you fail to do this one simple thing.
