2. Here's the odd thing. When I went looking for photos to do this...
I hadn't originally intended for there to be such a striking difference between the two groups. I mean I knew there was going to be one set of old white guys and a more diverse group that included women and minorities...but I really didn't see the outlook difference until putting the photos together.

It would be darned hard to find a photo of Kucinich not smiling. With photoshop run amok there is no end of unflattering Clinton pictures, but I wanted something untainted by partisan hackery. I can't remember which one it was, but one of the Republicans doesn't have a flattering picture anywhere to be found.

This collage just drives home to me how different the two parties are right now. One of fear and loathing and the other of optimism.

5. And that's not even including Fred "Matinee Idol" Thompson,
who bears a striking resemblance to the gentleman on the right here:

3. Obama is so attractive and charismatic..
I don't mean to get all girly but it sure would be nice to have a President that wasn't a wrinkled old man.

I hope no one assassinates Obama I am really worried for him.

4. I hear you.
I feel so shallow when I think the same thing. But it would be nice to have intelligence, leadership AND eye candy in the White House. Cheers!

10. I felt that way about Clinton.
Bill Clinton did not impress me as remotely charismatic until I met him in person...the second time. The first time I met him he was Governor of Arkansas and I speared one of his feet with a high heeled shoe. It was an accident!
