Looks like most Repubs think Romney won the debate

I imagine that Ron Paul is getting a lot of votes from Dems because he is the least painful of the bunch too.

Romney has his strengths, but I feel he is one of the best candidates for Dems to run against. He wouldn't win his homestate, he has flip flopped on every position he has, doesn't have the faux "hero" status of McCain or Giuliani, and (right or wrong) his religion is going to hurt him at least a little.

From Rasmussen...
Romney (29%) Edwards (55%) EDWARDS WINS BY 26%
Romney (37%) Obama (52%) OBAMA WINS BY 15%
Romney (41%) Clinton (50%) CLINTON WINS BY 9%
Romney (34%) Richardson (42%) RICHARDSON WINS BY 8%

Though Romney doesn't have the name recognition of Clinton, Edwards or Obama, the fact that he loses to Richardson (a Dem with low name recognition) is great.

1. Romney was on the Jay Leno show several days ago.
He presented himself very well. If I were a Republican, I would vote for him. Notice that I said "If".

4. That's a fallacy. Republicans do not think.
I couldn't watch it. From the few excerpts I have seen it was a complete disaster. Maybe if Ron Reagan had been stuffed after death and brought out on display they could say they had him back. Reagan was the root of our chaos. The downhill spiral began the day he was inaugurated. He has replaced God in the minds of the Republican lemmings.

He'll be the easiest to beat out of all of them.
