Voting while Latino will be considered reasonable suspicion the Latino in question is in the United States illegally.
All Latinos will be required to show proof of citizenship to vote.

1. There are two possibilities, as I see it. |

The first is, you're right.
The second is, the law will not be in force in November. It is possible that the federal justice department will delay implementation of this law, something I am told is within the President's powers. It is also possible that the law will be found unconstitutional, and it is also possible the national GOP will talk the state's GOP into delaying implementation, or toning down the law. That would depend on media pressure. If any of these things happen, the law will not be in force.
