I Predict That The Republicans Introduce A Bill Restricting Affordable Housing As Financial Reform
Why? Because the Republicans are on a racism roll, and it has been somewhat difficult to mobilize Teabaggers to demonstrate in support of Wall Street.

Solution?

Easy. Simply pull out the Fox News talking points blaming the financial meltdown on minorities and the poor, propose an alternative bill that cracks down affordable housing as the latest incarnation of welfare queens, then provide the corporate paid buses for thousands of Tea Baggers to demonstrate against the regulation of derivatives, and in favor of ending afforable housing programs. Even better, tie afforable housing to immigration with John McCain like stories tieing people of color to all forms of crime.

It is absolutely evil and wrong. This is why the Republicans will do it. And, since it takes the heat off the banks, the corporate media will play and re-play these talking points, as we happily goose-step our way to the 2010 elections with Republicans running on a right wing extremist agenda fueled by hate and fear.
