"delays" action on bank controls?
They are doing more than that. The Repubs are only "slowing" it down and "delaying" the vote? They plan on voting for it in a couple of days? They are blocking the mother.

It's in every one of those headlines. I bet if you did a "man on the street" operation and asked people what the GOP is, a majority wouldn't have a clue. I'd even bet a sizable percentage would say they are Democrats.
