Why hasn't the AZ law been enjoined yet?
Edited on Tue Apr-27-10 01:02 PM by Kurt_and_Hunter
Did it become effective upon signature or does it have a date?

Has the ACLU sought an injunction against enforcement/effect? Has anyone done anything in court?

Not a criticism. Just curious about the legal maneuvering.

1. I believe it's 90 days after signing
I heard that last nite and just haven't had time to check it out, but it was on Randi Rhoades that an AZ caller said the laws go into effect 90 days after signature.

Hope that helps.

2. It's "enjoined" and it's effective this summer.
I've heard lawyers are reviewing the law to craft the best argument(s) before mounting a challenge.
