Tweety is barking up the wrong tree by classifying Palin as moving away from her base

Her base believes in that American fantasy that ANYONE can be a millionaire. They expect that this country can make millionaires of them, just as it made a millionaire of her.

That makes Palin a winner in their eyes.

Disregard the fact based arguments that very little of the money that she raised for her Pac has gone to elect other candidates. Or she flies around in private jets. Or demands bottled water when she gives her vapid speeches. Or that she has any idea at all what the hell she's talking about.

None of that matters to these people. Because, they don't live in a fact based world.

They live in Sarah's Fantasyland where she reigns as queen.

For a guy who supposedly pays attention, he's pretty clueless about this account.
