States having to fire teachers and cut services ought to do the obvious
and cut back on the police state. Release a couple on non-violent offenders and magically you clear up enough or damn near enough to pay a teacher (and probably one with a master's).

Kill vice and those enforcement and prison dollars can be invested wisely instead of bing pissed utterly away.

How much money is your state wasting on failed nonsensical bullshit? Is it really acceptable for petty thieves to be collecting three hots and a cot on your dime rather than paying back what they stole and adding to the tax rolls? Would you rather spend 60K jackbooting a couple of stoners or on a teacher to educate your kids?

It is past time to stop acting like a bunch of idiots and use our correction systems to keep dangerous people away from society and to reform as many of those as we can.
