2. Unfortunately it's going to be exactly the opposite.
It's not all that uncommon for people to confuse NAs with people from Mexico. We've got brownish skin and...that's pretty much as far as they get. My money is on a Native American being detained or deported within a month.

and for those who want to be third. Double irony: In terms of their DNA, skin color and history in the Americas, the first and third are much more alike than the second (which, of course, worries many in the second group - particularly those who attach tea bags to their hats :) ).

6. Forgive my ignorance, but what kind of paperwork do NAs born on reservations have?
Is it common to have a state birth certificate? Is there some kind of tribal ID to prove who they are?
