7. What if I think it's not a human rights violation, but don't think EVERY state should do it?

Or what if I think it is bad for logistical reasons but don't oppose the idea in principle? That's not what I think. I just mean it is a badly written poll.

I think it is unconstitutional (which may or may not be a human rights violation) because it requires profiling based on ethnicity in violation of the Civil War amendments, an unreasonable search or seizure in violation of the 4th Amend., a presumption of guilt in violation of the 5th and 6th Amendments AND a state intrusion into an exclusively Federal matter (immigration).
