Talked to my lawyer about the AZ law- very interesting on *how* it will be implemented

Talked to my lawyer about the AZ law- very interesting on *how* it will be implemented
She said that they will work around the "reasonable suspicion" ( which IS racial profiling in this case) by coercing jailhouse informants with the promise of leniency or out-right-release. Neither of those options will actually come to fruition because once ICE comes to pick them up it is just a wave into the van window as the informant is taken away by the Feds.

That is the only way they can do this, or so she says (and I do trust her)

1. Don't borders states already contact ICE whenever somebody arrested goes through the system?
Even before this law I thought it was standard procedure for ICE to look at anyone being booked into jail, especially in the border states.
