After All the Attention by the Media to All Things Palin, Why Is Ms Drill Baby Drill Getting a Pass?

Where is Little Miss Attention Seeker, Sarah Palin, right now as this environmental disaster is happening?

This Oil Spill is to Palin as Katrina was to George W. Bush. And yet...complete silence from the national news organizations.

Where are the journalists in this country?

Why are television cameras turned off from her now? It's disgusting. And they should all be called out for it.

I have nearly drowned in "Palin this, Palin that" for the last goddamned year. If that woman took a piss, it was headline news.

And now, her signature rally of "Drill, Baby, Drill" is not even seriously being tossed back to her to defend.

Palin should be being grilled by every news outlet, every newspaper in our country. Every newsperson in this nation should be camped out-- where ever she is -- sticking microphones in her face. But it's not happening, is it?

She doesn't have to do real pressers anymore. As matter of fact journalist are kept away from her unless they sign a release agreeing not to use anything but her pre-screened questions. Hell, she's actually requiring the release and a donation to a pro-life group at an event she's speaking at in Dallas.

She is completely insulated from criticism now days.

and will not answer them then you must be hiding something.

If my facts and beliefs will not stand up to the light of day and I need to hide them in darkness then my facts and beliefs are garbage. So I believe palin is just full of garbage, she shows us this by her hiding.

Also, she can't go to Arizona to stump for grampa McCain anymore. She looks too much like one of them. I know. I lived in South America and she could walk down the street of any major city in South America and no one would think she's Gringa until she opened her mouth. My Mexican roommate in high school was shades lighter than her or me, the daughter of a high ranking politician. Until she opened her mouth, no one would look at her as different from any white American walking down the street of any major city in Middle America. Funny how things are not always as they seem.
