Is there anyone creepier than Charlie Crist?
Yuck. He is the slimiest, creepiest, most insincere guy I have seen in ages.

Runner up - Mitch McConnell

Oh no, just made myself almost throw up just thinking about the two

1. God yes.
Mitch McConnell
John Boehner
Jim Bunning
Tom Tancredo
Sen. Ensign
Mark Sanford
David Vitter

I could go on. He's one of the least creapiest in my opinion.

18. Larry Craig. Rick Santorum. Dick Cheney. Liz Cheney.
Sarah Palin. John McCain.

Goodness, is anyone creepier than McCain right now?

Crist at least has lucid moments. He isn't at the top of my list.

And I agree with what you said. If someone is not a person of their convictions they are creepy to me too.

8. Boehner's got to have some liver metabolism problem
Edited on Fri Apr-30-10 09:45 AM by zazen
That's why I refrain from making fun of him. I think it's a symptom of Addison's Disease.

OTOH, Ann Coulter's hyperthyroidism is so patently obvious that I will make fun of her, because it appears to be driving her shaky, raging, apoplectic behavior, and they have medications for that.

36. I don't know for sure--but I've seen others with similar hyperpigmentation
who had a disorder. Addison's is one of them. But there are other liver metabolic disorders that I think can contribute to it. However, when I saw that level of darkening due to liver dysfunction, it was in my stepmother in an advanced stage of metastatic cancer, and he clearly doesn't have _that._

So it could be tanning beds, I guess.

I just think he's been pilloried so much for it in the blogosphere that if it _were_ tanning, he'd stop- - or if he was just getting sun at the golf course, he'd wear more sunscreen. If it's a disorder, though, there might be hesitation to reveal it (perception of vulnerability, weakness, that sort of thing).

drunk. Could he be an alcoholic? His eyes are often bloodshot.

26. actually yes. You know there are various creepy categories
He fits in the "used car salesman" creepy category.

To each his own - with regard to what puke makes you want to puke, I guess. He actually never bothered me that much until seeing him bullshit his way through his switch to independent.

I would have more respect for him if he just said -
"it's the only way I might be able to win" period. paragraph.

9. Rubio is far creepier. Keep piling on Crist & you'll find out how creepy
Rubio is.

I am spending a lot of time convincing my Conservative, formerly Republicon, friends to vote Crist over Rubio. I know they will never vote Meeks, but if they vote Rubio, the entire US will end up regretting it.

29. I am hoping for just enough of a split. I don't care who is a head.
Fort Walton Beach is retired military/teabagger central. We could even hold a meeting in 2004 without the a-holes showing up to disrupt, and when we tried to get them gone, they went on about how they were the elite, saving the US for democracy, and we should kowtow to them.

If I can split it enough here, it will water down the Jeebus was a Republicon bloc.

Believe me, after 8 years of Jeb, Charlie Crist was a welcome relief, even as a Republican.

32. Crist doesn't even make the short list.
There are far more creepier people. Yes, he's rubbed elbows with people who are slimy, but that's what happens in Florida in both parties if you stay in politics long enough. However, Crist has done some good things. Things that no Republican would have ever done, so he's not all bad.
