Arizona legislature targets 'human-animal hybrids'
The Arizona state Senate on Thursday passed a bill making it illegal for a person to “intentionally or knowingly creating a human-animal hybrid.”

The bill, which passed 16 to 12, would prohibit anyone in the state from “creating or attempting to create an in vitro human embryo by any means other than fertilization of a human egg by a human sperm.”

The measure would also outlaw “transferring or attempting to transfer a human embryo into a nonhuman womb,” “transferring or attempting to transfer a nonhuman embryo into a human womb” and “transporting or receiving for any purpose a human-animal hybrid.”

7. They'd be more comfortable passing a ban on Brown/White hybrids.
And, in Arizona, probably successful.

Next up? A new, alternate pronunciation of the word "nuclear" for people who are too lazy to look up the correct pronunciation.

Maybe Arizona can pass a law making them illegal. Think of the potential for problems with dung drops.

17. Those wankers gotta stop reading the tabloids at the check out stand
Not spoken about much outside of 'zona, but I am spilling the frijoles: There is a big problem with BATBOY in the southwest!

Batboy hangs out at the Nineteenth Hole of most country clubs in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Paradise Valley areas. He pisses in drinks and gives a lot of wingers rabies. He poops in their convertibles and he makes their little foo-foo dogs bark when people are hungover.

He also sets off car alarms at all hours in fancy schmancy 'hoods and he chases the bobcats up saguaros.

Something must be done about Batboy and other human/animal hybrids! I'm series!!1!!11!

On a lighter note, I guess this is the end of putting pig valves in the hearts of rich white guys who will otherwise die?

The UK passed a law explicitly allowing this research.

If I remember right, they were going to start with human/cow combinations.
