Just saw AZ sheriff being interviewed about new law.

He explained clearly it was stupid because:

Racism: millions of hispanic Arizonians feel targetted (he's spoken to many)

Impractical: can't start putting illegals into jails instead of handing over to border guards

Unneeded: Already have a law against illegal aliens which is already enforced

Insane: State citizens can sue law enforcement if they think the law isn't being enforced well enough
