Since they are responsible for tracking winds and currents.
I went to bed right after posting this. I check the weather most nights before going to bed and the NOAA National Weather Service site had links to these pages.
For the weather go to nws.noaa.gov - click on your region and then your immediate area and you will get a ten day forecast, links to radar and so forth.
