Is it a bad idea to put the chemical compound on the oil spill?? |
|
From what I understand, it causes the oil to sink to the bottom of the Gulf. The oil doesn't disappear - it is only out of sight.
But the chemicals have dangerous side effects for humans. My question is would it be better to let the oil come ashore or try to burn it, rather than have it sink to the bottom of the Gulf?
Ten years from now, when you are eating the prongs from the Gulf, will they have these chemicals in them? I'm not sure about this decision to use chemicals to hide the oil spill?
