You criticized GW Bush for taking a day after Katrina’s mild Cat 1 winds pampered New Orleans - almost no wind damage - and that local ragtag levee collapsed: Within 3 days over 40,000 really stupid derelicts flouting the mandatory evacuation order were saved by military operation. You criticized GW Bush for flying over the area the next day rather than congest the rescue operation by landing!
