WORST AD EVER:Beck trashes Mothers Day as "big business scam" during radio ad for Vermont Teddy Bear

In what had to be the worst on-air endorsement in the history of radio, Glenn Beck today interrupted a Mother's Day-themed Vermont Teddy Bear Co. ad to rail against Mother's Day. Beck called it a "big business scam" started by Woodrow Wilson.

Note how Beck tries to save himself by trashing Hallmark. But he still presses ahead plugging the special Mother's Day bear bouquet moments after saying Mother's Day is a "big business scam."

I find some of the commercials i see annoying, like buy for every woman in your life kind of crap... and then the one with the kids who told their dad to go to a certain place to buy the mother some expensive diamond thing.... personally i do not need any of those things and would value a homemade item over anything else as the thought required and effort is worth more. Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas, Secretary's day... all of these, and all the others I have forgotten, are part of the consumer culture we live in.
