The problem is not some "evil" Mexicans swimming across the Rio Grande, and having more border patrols or fences won't help. In fact that sounds like the Soviet Union. The problem is employers who go to Mexico to recruit people to work in the States for cheap wages. The reason no one wants to do the jobs the Mexican workers do is they pay so poorly, and they pay poorly because the blood-sucking employers want it that way. The way to solve the problem is to aggressively prosecute employers who use illegal aliens. The Mexican workers are victims. There should be GIGANTIC fines for any business employing undocumented aliens. The government could use the income from the fines to fund universal health care! But then, who would finance the campaign of any politician brave enough to do it?

...immigrants can still make more money here than they can in Mexico. There has to be some kind of partnership with Mexico to make their lives better over there so they don't need to come here to better their lives for opportunity. I can't fault the immigrants for this who are willing to sacrifice their lives for their families.
