Breaking: RF Kennedy Jr.-Says Rove's Former Assistant-Griffin Under Investigation For Election Fraud
Breaking: RF Kennedy, Jr. Says USA Griffin Under Investigation
by 4Freedom
Fri May 04, 2007

Tonight in Montpelier, Vermont, Greg Palast announced that he received a phone call this evening from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. that US Attorney replacement Timothy Griffin, Rove's former assistant, is under investigation for election fraud.

Palast published this on Griffin in March:

Timothy Griffin, Karl Rove’s assistant, the President’s pick as US Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Griffin, according to BBC Television, was the hidden hand behind a scheme to wipe out the voting rights of 70,000 citizens prior to the 2004 election.

Key voters on Griffin’s hit list: Black soldiers and homeless men and women.

Targeting voters where race is a factor is a felony crime under the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

What a crock of shit that street name is -- home of Warren County BOE. The dickheads that locked down on the eve of Nov. 3rd while the last votes were being counted in Ohio. I hope they nail every last one of these bastards!!

28. Conyers & The House Judiciary Dem Staff have archived the evidence:
Fixing America's Broken Elections
Rep. John Conyers, Jr.
February 08, 2005

-snip

My staff reviewed thousands of pages of primary source materials, including copies of actual ballots, voter registration databases, and poll books. They also met with several individuals having firsthand knowledge of irregularities. What they found indicated problems in multiple areas, from machine tampering and malfunction, to the intimidation and caging of minority voters in urban and rural areas, to the purposeful misallocation of voting machines and the unjustifiable restrictions that were placed on the use of provisional ballots.

LET'S HOPE THERE ARE A FEW THUGS SWEATING IT OUT RIGHT NOW. BLACKWELL AT THE TOP OF THE LIST.

4. A walk of a thousand miles is made one step at a time.
This step may place the felonious 2004 election manipulation conspiracy inside the White House.

That is no surprise.

Who in Ohio was involved in this scheme, the purging of voters? In Cuyahoga County we have Bob Bennett, the fired director of the BOE and current chairperson of the Repub party.

Who in Ohio was involved in the manipulation of punch card voting to maximize wrong-precinct voting and the Kerry-Bush vote-switching?
How long was that going on before discovered in 2004?

The most egregious of Ohio's politicos has finally been demoted to Republican Party Chairman only. Cuyahoga was at the heart of corruption in Ohio.

5. Palast writes that Griffin was the intended recipient of the illegal "caging" lists
The RNC had already been under investigation before 2004 for illegal caging lists that targeted minority voters for challenge. There was a consent decree in place that prohibited them from challenging voters based on lists that were racially biased. The excuse the Repugs used after 2004 was that if caging was done, it was by local individuals, NOT the RNC.

But Palast has evidence that Griffin was in on the caging scheme, as well as other RNC operatives in the Bush-Cheney campaign.

Of course, the BBC reported all this BEFORE the 2004 election, and the US media buried it.

Edited on Sat May-05-07 09:18 AM by LizW
and the guy who owned the address sent them to Palast.

The intended addressees were Brett Doster, the director of Bush-Cheney 2004, Randy Kammerdiner, Director of Research Ops for the RNC, and Griffin, whose title at the time was Research Director and Deputy Communciations Director for the Bush Campaign.

Edited to say this information is from Greg Palast's book, Armed Madhouse, page 200.

32. But, that is just a HOAX story, a distraction from the real evidence.
So what if a server hosted the State of Ohio election results and RNC sites too? That did not change how the 88 counties in Ohio counted the vote, NOT EVEN by one vote!!!

What matters is how the votes got switched before being counted.

The 2004 Ohio Presidential Election: Cuyahoga County Analysis
How Kerry Votes Were Switched to Bush Votes
http://jqjacobs.net/politics/ohio.html

It was the multi-pronged approac to election stealing that did the deed. The number of Dems was reduced by purging, voter supression by machine mis-allocation, wrong-preinct punch card voting, ballot switching, etc. The fix was in when the ballots were counted, and no recount can change it.

There was no need to change the vote on a server reporting the results. The count from the 88 counties gave Bush the victory because of all the crimes before the counting.

to some last minute finagling of numbers (& is very telling of Carville, as well:

Did Carville Tip Bush Off to Kerry Strategy (Woodward)
By M.J. Rosenberg | bio

?On page 344, Woodward describes the doings at the White House in the early morning hours of Wednesday, the day after the '04 election.

Apparently, Kerry had decided not to concede. There were 250,000 outstanding ballots in Ohio.

So Kerry decides to fight. In fact, he considers going to Ohio to camp out with his voters until there is a recount. This is the last thing the White House needs, especially after Florida 2000.

So what happened?

James Carville gets on the phone with his wife, Mary Matalin, who is at the White House with Bush.

"Carville told her he had some inside news. The Kerry campaign was going to challenge the provisional ballots in Ohio -- perhaps up to 250,000 of them. 'I don't agree with it, Carville said. I'm just telling you that's what they're talking about.'

"Matalin went to Cheney to report...You better tell the President Cheney told her."

Matalin does, advising Bush that "somebody in authority needed to get in touch with J. Kenneth Blackwell, the Republican Secretary of State in Ohio who would be in charge of any challenge to the provisional votes." An SOS goes out to Blackwell.

The rest is history.

12. This is beautiful,
but unless it points directly to the RNC or those "missing" votes in Ohio, I fear there is nothing that will come of it. Obviously, the fact that Griffin was "the President's pick as US Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas" makes this all stink to high heaven and seem just a little too convenient. Unfortunately, I doubt that a series of, what the president will doubtless call, coincidences will lead to any real investigation into election fraud that certainly occurred in more than just Griffin's district. IMO.

Once the criminality aspect surfaces, there is no turning back.

Because we know that the circle of conspirators is soooo tight and intertwined that the domino effect will take hold and every investigation that has began will take on a criminal aspect.
And down comes the house of cards.

Also, we are talking about people who even has to be coached for testifying under oath as to what to say. So, when they have to answer questions beyond the coaching, they may be forced to tell the truth.

Which I believe Ms. Goodling is so afraid of.

I nearly lost faith in our system of democracy, but that tiny thread of hope kept me hanging on. Now I feel that that we are making the necessary house cleaning and using the tools allowed to us in the Constitution to bring us out of this dark time is American history.
