Gosh I'm so glad for him. I got a 11.5 percent pay cut after not having a raise for 10 years, my pension was canceled and I lost a week of vacation. I wonder where this shit all ends.

1. Hey, this is how the world works.
You worked to make him money. In the employer-employee relationship, if you are the employee, you are in the inferior position in terms of decision-making power. It's kind of like the master-slave relationship, except he doesn't have to beat you with a bull whip to keep you working those ten years you got no raise.

It's because of abuses of workers like that that many people have become socialists from George Orwell to Martin Luther King, Jr.

2. You can thank St. Ronnie of Reagan for starting that snowball down the hillside
It's theft. You gave up raises in the past, in lieu of a better "compensation package" down the road. they kept the wages they SHOULD have paid you in the form of raises...and then canceled the promise of the deferred income..and you are just S.O.L.

Ain't capitalism a peach?

3. Ever since Dr. Dre and Eazy E left their compensation committee
NWA's corporate governance has just gone to shit.
