A 100 ton "containment dome" (CONDOM) is on its way to the BP spew site in the gulf of Mexico.



Dr. Ron Kiene, a chemical oceanographer at the University of South Alabama and Dauphin Island Sea Lab siad, "You're trying to get it over something really small and trying to get it exactly positioned."
