Apparently regulations became optional when
the 'Bushoisie' was in charge. If we looked at laws as guidelines to possibly be followed, they couldn't put us in jail fast enough.

Wall Street
Oil Companies
Mining Companies
Everything????

Were they all exempt?

3. Nope, it was much earlier than that - it began with the election of Ronald Reagan
The worst President in the history of the Country, Ronald Reagan. That man did more long-term harm to our country than every enemy it has every had.
