4. Me too. Simple solutions are often the best, but deploying something at that depth is very hard.

10. It's going to take a few days to a week to put into place
It's swinging in the current at the end of a mile of cable. That last five feet are going to be critical and might take some time to accomplish even after they're down a mile.
