How about this Wall Street Conspiracy Theory?
How about this coverup theory I just read?

<snip>
"Regulation is coming. The guys on Wall Street know they can't do anything to stop it. So they are trying to clean up all traces of their activity because they know their scheme would be discovered by tough, smart regulators. So that's why there was a hiccup yesterday. In their frantic pace to wipe away all digital forensic traces of what they have been doing, they exposed their own private hole into the system. It was like they were operating on a moving patient so that's why they made a mistake, a big one. And now their scheme will be exposed and it will lead directly to them. But then we'll find out they are but one of many groups feeding at the Wall Street money trough. It has nothing to do with bulls or bears, but rather human predators... Wall Street will finally be revealed for the financial charade it is."
<snip>

Any conspiracy notions? Ideas?

6. Black box financing is born of the baffle 'em with bullshit bunch.
I have doubts we'll ever pin down the details but you can bet that among what we learn, is that operational protocol demands a pack of lies to cover each necessary one, good luck determining which is which. In October of '08, once congress caved in and delivered the bail out, I suggested to my spouse that fictitious money was laundered up a chain to float the genuine article to the top where it could be skimmed. I lay no claim to expertise on matters of economic manipulation but can not see my way clear to viewing what happened then, or now, as a sincere reflection of honest financial interaction.

It hasn't escaped me how much the conditions our nation's fiscal duress are in keeping with Grover Norquist's wet dream for the US government, drowning in a debt it was likely driven to.

I kicked this thread. On with the entertainment of scrutiny.

Sometimes even the corporate media has a moment of clarity when they actually say something substantial...
