"Blame Bush, not Reagan" No, blame them all

In the thread about the report re: the Iranian hostage crisi, and the Reagan/Bush fix of it, it is suggested many times that Ronnie Raygun was simply a dim-witted tool for the corporate elites that included the Bush Crime Family. One person even said, "Blame Bush, not Reagan."

While I agree that that's what eventually happened, remember: Reagan was part of the GE cabal that busted the unions there. He was also a traitor to his friends when the blacklisting went on during the period of McCarthyism. And he was a total asshole as Governor of California.

So, Ronnie was an asshole who was involved with the right-wing fascist corporate elites long before he was involved with George HW Bush. And therefore, he deserves just as much blame for what they did as the Bush Crime Family does.
