1. so...we're all going to have iPads or the equivalent?
I'm not quite seeing how the touch-screen is going to work for, well, my workplace.

I get it at home. Not a problem. I could sit in a comfy chair holding a pad-type device with a touch-screen. Sure. I just don't quite see how that will translate to the workplace.

I expect that I'll be using a keyboard and either mouse or mouse-pad for some time yet.

It may be that I'm suffering from a lack of imagination here, but I'm just not seeing it.

2. I thought it was kinda funny
that in the same list they mention how we will be swaddled with greater (oil driven) technological wonders while at the same time carp about the fallacy of carbon offsets and internet memes.
