An Arizona Cop defined Reasonable Suspecion. Oh God |

A cop here in Phoenix told what he thought reasonable suspecion is in his mind. His defination was I am capable of reasoning so if I suspect it is reasonable. Oh that is too scarey.

Because somebody with a law degree will assist in formulating and briefing said officer. And if his "reasonable suspicion" doesn't agree fairly well with said briefing there's not much question as to whose definition will be used.
